| SDSF Board |
| SDSF BOARD: There are currently 5 members on the SDSF board who
all volunteer their time to run the organization. The President currently
acts as the Executive Director in the day to day management of the
Foundation and is assisted by a part time secretary. |

| Blair Van Brunt, President
since 2008, Vice President 2004-2008, mother of 3 children with
the last child, 13, with SDS. She is also chair of the Groundwater
Protection Committee for her hometown, and is in a bluegrass/folk
band as vocalist. |

| Bryan Sample, Treasurer since 2007,
has 3 children, one of whom has SDS. He has included corporate
fundraising as part of his duties on the SDSF. He is a lawyer
by trade and donates his time to other non-profit organizations
in his hometown. |

Matthew Palmer, Secretary since
2008, has two children one of whom has SDS. He has been involved
in tracking and organizing research on SDSF and handles much of the
communication with new family contacts and requests for information.
Matthew is a medical physicist and Assistant Professor of Radiology at
Harvard Medical School. |

| Donna Garfield, has served
SDSF for a number of years as the newsletter editor and joined the board in 2009.

| Theresa Henle, member
since 2006, has 3 children and one has SDS who is a teenager
now. She has been involved in family support for many years.
